New Project – Disapoetry.com

Last month, I set up a new website called Disapoetry.com. It is a blog that will platform poetry from disabled and carer perspectives from all stages of their writing career. Take a look!

I’m slowly uploading original poems submitted by people within the disabled/carer community, and, from September, I will be posting monthly interviews with some award-winning poets living with a disability.

I’m super excited for this website to expand into an incredible library! Please pass on the website information to anyone you know who may be interested in submitting a poem or browsing through the blog posts.

About Me

I’m Jacqueline and I’m originally from Western Australia but now I live in Adelaide. I advocate for Australians living with FND, and I hope to return to live poetry performance in the future.

I made this blog because I wanted to share my poems with other people. I’m also working on longer projects, but this website is just for my smaller projects at the moment.

I hope to make a living out of writing someday which is why I’ve put the donation button on this website.
