Last month, I set up a new website called Disapoetry.com. It is a blog that will platform poetry from disabled and carer perspectives
I have made the majority of my posts private and left a few posts public while I reconsider my goals for this blog.
I came first in the first round of this year’s poetry slam, so I will be competing at the state finals next month!
I’m Jacqueline and I’m originally from Western Australia but now I live in Adelaide. I advocate for Australians living with FND, and I hope to return to live poetry performance in the future.
I made this blog because I wanted to share my poems with other people. I’m also working on longer projects, but this website is just for my smaller projects at the moment.
I hope to make a living out of writing someday which is why I’ve put the donation button on this website.
